We appreciate the

programs that educate, uplift
and encourage our viewers.
Suggestions are always welcome
on how we can improve our
programming. During the mornings
and afternoons we provide
"The Community
Calendar" where local
announcements can be placed by
non-profit groups for
"free". Businesses can
place advertising announcements
for a fee just e-mail us
or call for details. We also
provide Praize Radio's family friendly
contemporary christian music and
programming as background music
during the "Community
Calendar segments. In the
evenings, beginning at 5 pm
Monday-Friday, we begin
our TV schedule, click on
the Program Schedule
above left for programs and
times. We
are now adding programs on
Saturday and Sunday. The Program
schedule is shown on the
"Community Calendar"
segment daily. Once again thank

MCTV Ch.22 serves the community as a
source for programs ranging from
the community calendar, local events, news,
sports, city and county meetings, and locally produced programs such as
church broadcasts and MCTV produced programs.

is operated by Penelope Inc. Media Division.
MCTV programming is locally based. Other programs that
will be of interest
to the local community will also be considered.
We will not broadcast programs that do not meet FCC guidelines. We retain the right to refuse any program that
doesn't meet the following criteria:
 | Production quality
must meet station technical requirements. |
| Must be of local interest for community. |
| All programs must meet FCC guidelines. |
| No commercial advertising of Lottery, or any type of Gambling, Alcohol,
Political or Tobacco will be accepted. |
Attention: All pre-produced programs
would need to be approved by Technical department before being broadcast.
These programs must be provided in a timely manner so the proper requirements
