A Corbin man faces multiple charges stemming from a deadly Knox County crash in 2016.
A grand jury indicted Joseph Clark Friday.
Clark is accused of driving at a high rate of speed and passing in a no-passing zone, causing the death of Roger Daugherty.
Clark is charged with reckless homicide, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to maintain insurance.

The Claiborne County Grand Jury returned several indictments during its latest session on July 14, including one for Ricky Baldwin, 36, who was indicted on one count each of rape of a child and rape.
Baldwin allegedly committed the two offenses on Oct. 31 and Feb. 25.
A true bill was returned on Michael Gene Kennedy, 38, on one count of child abuse and neglect, allegedly occurring on Feb. 15.
Braxton Fannon, 24, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless endangerment during a series of events allegedly occurring on April 13.
Middlesboro motorists will have to watch their speed due to a change in the speed limit being implemented starting Tuesday Aug. 1st
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 11 office advises motorists due to roadside development and crash history, a portion of U.S. 25E in Middlesboro will have the existing 45 mph speed zone permanently reduced to 35 mph.
The new 35 mph speed zone will begin at Kentucky Fried Chicken and extend to North 25th Street near WalMart.
